On a quest for someone else I just had to have a look on Facebook to see if there was an official no smoking day group. I did find a lot, and I mean an awful lot of groups with similar titles ie ‘If 500 people join this group, Wayne Mayfair will quit smoking'
Well Wayne and everyone else with similar groups, I’d quite happily join your group if it was to pay for a euthanasia course or summat worthwhile like that for you but I’m afraid quitting the fags is simply a state of mind. Having a certain number in your gang won’t achieve that state in the same way that setting a date to do it won’t either. Take some time to read about why you smoke and then stop.
It’s a damn sight easier than getting 500 people to join your group……
